It works with Garmin smartwatches, and provides insights and musical recommendations, reflecting the effect of the music on your body.The app is based on solid scientific evidence, that correlates specific musical attributes such as Tempo, key, Complexity and Frequency, to Bio-markers such as Heart rate, Stress levels and respiratory rates.
Over all, the app gives the user a way to measure the well-known effect of music on himself, while optimizing his well-being and managing his stress levels.
